Society of Wildflowers is delighted to announce our most heartfelt gathering yet. Join us for an immersive autumn event we've dubbed Camp Wildflower, nestled in the stunning natural beauty of the San Bernardino Mountains.
CONFERENCE TICKET INCLUDES
- Cabin Lodging, including bedding and bath towels
- All creative workshops and classes (Tarot, Reiki and Coaching are extra)
- All supplies and materials (1-2 specialty offerings have a nominal supply fee)

DAY PASS
We have added a Day Pass, which grants access to the event on Saturday, September 26 from 8:00am to 10:00pm. You'll get Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner, a swag bag, and all of the creative workshops and offerings of the day, including our Harvest Moon Celebration with Cacao Ceremony and Immersive Sound Bath. You'll also be eligible for prize drawings from our sponsors. Spaces are limited, and include one parking space onsite. Select "Day Pass" at checkout.

EVENT OVERVIEW
You'll arrive September 25th, shuttles are provided from Ontario Airport to safely deliver you to our retreat location. Check in to your cabin begins at 4pm. Time is allocated before the conference to pick up your swag bag and create your own personalized wood-slice lanyard. Get acclimated, make new friends, and reconnect with the ones you know. We'll gather for a shared meal in the dining hall at 6:30pm, followed by an evening welcome ceremony and selection of creative workshops.
On September 26th, you'll enjoy breakfast with friends in the dining hall, then spend the day engaging in your choice of a variety of workshops focused on creativity, physical wellness and therapeutic support. We'll break for lunch, then jump right back into our relaxing and engaging workshops. Your day will close with a tasty dinner and a Harvest Moon Celebration with storytelling, song, an immersive sound bath and special ceremonies, including sponsor prize giveaways. Toast your best marshmallow as you delight in campfire s'mores and a soulful ceremony with friends beneath a glowing Fall Harvest Moon, and take a guided night walk to Howl at the Moon in an emotional release ceremony designed to prepare you for the best night's sleep you've had in years.
On September 27th, you'll start the day with options for freeform dance and yoga, and a healthy breakfast. Cabin check out takes place at 11am, but the day is far from over. Personal items will be securely stored until departure. Lunch will be served in our private gathering space as you enjoy a few final workshops. Finally, the event will wrap up with a closing ceremony and a second round of sponsor prizes. At 2pm, heart full of joy and memories, you'll collect your personal items and depart, filled with happy memories and a list of new friends to keep in touch with until we meet again.

LODGING
Cozy cabin accommodations are included in your conference ticket. Cabins sleep up to twelve at full capacity. Please visit the page entitled, "Accommodations" for full details, including floor plans and images. Top and Bottom bunk options are offered, with a friendly discount extended to Top Bunk takers. Please ensure you've selected your preferred bedding designation before checking out.

You'll be provided with a fresh pillow, sleeping bag and comfy fleece blanket, as well as fresh bath towels for your stay. You are welcome to bring along any additional personal or comfort items to ensure maximum coziness. All bedding is new, and is yours to keep, or we will have collection bins for charitable donation at the close of the event.
