CONFERENCE TICKET (EARLY BIRD RATE UNTIL 9/1/24, PRICES WILL INCREASE 9/1)

The Society of Wildflowers Conference is a one-of-a-kind creative, restorative retreat for women. The immersive event is designed to provide a safe and inclusive space to engage in art play, connect with like-minded women, and rejuvenate your creative spirit. We offer dozens of inspiring and engaging creative workshops, therapeutic education and coaching by licensed therapists, delicious meals and free flowing mimosas, healing and restorative classes for the mind, body and spirit, and elegant, expertly planned parties and social excursions in the ocean air of Laguna Beach, California.

EVENT OVERVIEW

The event takes place over a period of four nights and five days, from July 16 to July 20, 2025. 

Hotel booking for The Art Hotel must be completed through our private block. Please do not attempt to book a room during the event by going online, it will display as fully booked.

Arrival is July 16, check in is after 3pm. Time is allocated before the conference to allow for leisurely arrival, hotel check-in, getting acclimated and time to meet other attendees, network and socialize.

An offsite welcome gathering will be offered on the 16th, or, just settle in and rest as we prepare to open with breakfast and opening speeches on July 17. Hotel check in must be completed by July 16, so as not to disrupt the event.

The conference runs daily from 9am to 4pm beginning July 17. Special events and parties are planned in the evenings on July 17 and 18 from 7-10pm. You won't want to miss these immersive, activity packed gatherings! These are included in the cost of your conference ticket, some special services may be added for an optional fee.

When the conference ends on July 19th at 3:00pm, you'll have the entire evening to explore Laguna Beach, rest, or enjoy one of our optional excursions before leaving in the morning. HOW TO REGISTER FOR WORKSHOPS

Our preliminary class schedule will be published October 1, 2024. Sign-ups will be offered through our registration app, emailed to all ticket holders in advance. Registration is offered on a first come, first served basis. Please note, we are continually adding classes and workshops, so check back often to see what new offerings we've included.

HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS

Onsite accommodations are offered at a very special conference rate that you won't find anywhere in Laguna Beach during the high season. Rooms must be booked through the conference organizer, and cannot be made online.

Please note that hotel accommodations are not included in your conference ticket price. All rooms are beautifully appointed King or Dual King rooms with amenities like air conditioning, free WiFi, Smart TV, Mini Fridge, and cozy robes. Request a roommate or place a complimentary hold on a room for 24 hours on our ticketing page. Additional lodging is available at adjacent properties, we cannot guarantee the rates for these locations.
