REFUND POLICY

Conference tickets are final sale. Tickets may be transferred to another conference attendee for a processing fee of $25 until 8/15/26. 

Optional add-on experiences that you have committed to and paid for are final sale unless otherwise noted in writing. Your experience reservation may be transferred to another  conference attendee for a processing fee of $15, until 8/15/26.
