Hotel accommodations an additional cost not included in the price of your conference ticket. A limited number of onsite rooms are available on a first come, first served basis.

Placing a hold on a room does not obligate you to book the room. Your reservation is also not guaranteed until you receive the link, select a room, and complete your reservation within 24-hours with The Art Hotel directly.

HOW TO BOOK

Room For Just Yourself

If you'd like a private room all to yourself, use this ticket to place a complimentary hold on a King or Dual Queen room by selecting the size room you wish to book and adding the item to your cart. You will receive a link to select and book a room.

Request a Roommate

Select "Request a Roommate", we will pair you to share cost.

King rooms sleep 1-2 with option to add a rollaway for a third person, (3 rollaway beds are available onsite, first come, first served).

Dual Queen rooms sleep 2-4 people, and will not accommodate a rollaway bed.

If you request a roommate, we will contact you to collect details and match you to a suitable person or people. One member of your party may then return to this ticket option and place a hold on the room of your choice. That person will receive the link to book, and together you and your roommate/s will arrange payment with the hotel, and between one another.

The conference does not collect payment for rooms, nor become involved in any part of hotel booking or roommate pairings once you have agreed to book a room with another party.

Please be sure to provide the names of all parties staying in your room to ensure everyone receives room drops and other surprises from the organizers and sponsors.

Rooms not booked within 24 hours will be returned to the block of rooms offered to all attendees. This hold does not guarantee you a room reservation.

On-site rooms available in both King and Dual Queen options. There are also some rollaway beds available for use on the property. Free parking and Wi-Fi are included in the hotel rate. The conference rate for all rooms is the same, regardless of size, amenity or location on the property.

We have secured additional rooms at an adjacent property when The Art Hotel reaches capacity. If no room is available please select "Waitlist" and we will contact you with additional details. The same conference rate is guaranteed until September 1, 2023.
