REQUEST HOTEL ACCOMODATIONS - DUAL KING ROOM

Hotel accommodations are an additional cost, and are not included in the price of your conference ticket. 

All rooms at The Art Hotel are held in a private block for a special conference rate of $295 per night, plus applicable sale tax and city tax. 

Please select the option to Request a Room and add the size you would like to your cart. Please verify whether you are selecting a Single or Dual King Room. You may also contact us directly at sowempowerment@gmail.com to request a room.

Upon approval, you will have 24 business hours to place a deposit on your room directly with the hotel. Rooms are nonrefundable once booked, however you may transfer your room to another person if you find you cannot attend. 

If you require special accommodations of any kind, please let us know in advance. If you require a parking space for your stay, please also let us know, as free parking is limited at the hotel and we will reserve a space for you as they are available.
