PICKUP BY PRIVATE SHUTTLE, 7PM AT THE ART HOTEL
Your ticket includes round trip transportation from The Art Hotel to the event venue. Festival of Arts and Pageant of the Masters are located together, this ticket includes admission for one person to both. The venue address is 650 Laguna Canyon Road in Laguna Beach.
- Shuttle will arrive at the Art Hotel at 7:00pm.
- Shuttle will pick up from the venue at 10:45pm.
- Shuttle returns to The Art Hotel, no other transport is offered.
- Self-paid dining options are available onsite, meals are not included
- You may bring your own wine and picnic, please see venue policies.
ADMISSION FOR ONE TO FESTIVAL OF ARTS, 7:30PM-8:30PM
This top-rated juried art show features original artwork by 140 of Orange County’s finest artists. Find affordable and unique works of art, perfect for your home or business. Enjoy art workshops, several self-paid dining options, guided art tours, nightly musical entertainment and hands-on demonstrations. Special art-related attractions and events, such as jazz concerts, self-paid wine and chocolate pairings, art discussions, and activities for children, provide entertainment for all. ADMISSION FOR ONE TO PAGEANT OF THE MASTERS 8:30PM-10:30PM
The Pageant of the Masters is the Festival of Arts’ crowning jewel and arguably one of the most unique productions in the entire world.
On each evening of the Festival of Arts summer schedule, ticket holders are amazed and enchanted by ninety minutes of "tableaux vivants" (living pictures), incredibly faithful recreations of classical and contemporary works of art, with real people posing to look exactly like their counterparts in the original pieces.
An outdoor amphitheater, professional orchestra, original score, live narration, intricate sets, sophisticated lighting, expert staff and hundreds of dedicated volunteers have won recognition for the Pageant of the Masters as the best presentation of its kind.
Seating will be in the Main Tier, based on availability. Second option is Director's Tier. We will do our best to arrange all seats together but cannot guarantee that our entire group will be seated in the same location. Accessible seating is available by request in advance.
RETURN SHUTTLE TO THE ART HOTEL, BY 11:00PM
Our private shuttle will transport back to the Art Hotel.
Attendees who select Friday July 18 waive their invitation to the California Dreamin' Welcome Party at the Art Hotel from 6:30-9:30pm.
This is a conference community event and registration is required. Please refrain from inviting or meeting other parties not registered with the conference during this excursion.

Please note, no cameras (including cellphones photos) or recording devices are permitted during the Pageant. Photographing artwork at the Festival of Arts is prohibited without the artist’s permission.
If you have binoculars or a travel blanket, you are welcome to bring them.
Shopping opportunities are offered at this event, as well as self-paid onsite dining.
This is an optional, add on excursion, and does not grant access to our conference.
Retail pricing for these seats is between $99 and $150 per ticket, when purchased direct. Additional amount covers our private shuttle and onsite attendant/s to provide guidance and assist you in navigating the venue and shuttle on time.
A signed waiver for our shuttle will be required, conference organizers reserve the right to change or modify this offering at any time. Purchaser is subject to all terms and conditions of our transportation provider as well as the event venue.
