Choose from a variety of incredible workshops and demonstrations, offered daily, which are focused on physical health and bodily wellness. Our all-female team of certified teachers and practitioners are leading experts in their fields. All are passionately dedicated to providing gentle, inclusive access to their specialties in physical wellness, holistic nutrition and healing, energy clearing, and restorative practices for the body. 

Yoga, with Kristen Banner

Yoga is derived from a Sanskrit word which means “yoke” or “union”. The aim of Yoga is to yoke or unite the body, mind and soul, along with universal consciousness. This allows us to experience greater access to inner resources to teach us about self-awareness, acceptance, compassion, patience, gratitude, forgiveness, humility, love, peace, and joy.

Yoga provides access to a deep state of freedom and self-empowerment. The practice of Yoga includes breathing techniques, postures, relaxation, chants, and other meditative practices. The contemplative practice of Yoga connects to the source of our universal being, where we can enjoy the unity of our self as well as that of everything around us. The practice of Yoga aims to control the mind, gain a detached consciousness and see ourselves clearly.

Yoga also teaches us to release that which does not serve us, become aware of our thoughts, beliefs and emotions, and to change them when necessary to make better choices and live life more fully. Additionally, Yoga aids in transformation and purification of our bodies, minds and souls, expanding our consciousness. Within this conference, Our certified Yoga Practitioner offers access to participate in Yoga for a variety of skill levels. Breathwork, with Kristen Banner

The act of breathing summons oxygen into your body so that you can thrive. Breathwork aids in calming your stress and brings balance to your body. Breathwork is rooted in the practice of Yoga; the practice is designed to release toxins and stress as you breathe out and nourish your mind and body as you breathe in. Potential health benefits of the practice include balancing the alkalinity of your blood PH, having an anti-inflammatory effect in the body, and elevating your mood. 

Studies have shown that breathwork may also have a positive impact on your central nervous system. Taking the time to intentionally breathe deeply and slowly sends a message to your brain that all is well. Your brain, in turn, signals your body that you are safe to relax. The instinctual responses of fight or flight are diminished, and your body is able to function from a healthy baseline status.

Stretch Therapy, with Kristen Banner

Our stretching workshops are designed for all levels of flexibility and physical fitness, and can be modified as needed to adapt to the needs of an individual participant. Beyond the obvious physical benefits that may be achieved through regular stretching, the practice may have health benefits far beyond this. Stretching has notable scientifically witnessed benefits associated with cardiovascular health, reducing arterial stiffness, improving resting heart rate and reducing blood pressure. Stretching may also contribute to healing from injury or physical ailment and alleviate some pain, by reducing inflammation and healing connective tissue. 

Holistic Nutrition and Mindful Physical Fitness, with Tiffany Williams-Parra

Level up your knowledge of nutrition and gain access to empowering shifts in the way you think about physical fitness. Our powerhouse fitness expert carries the energy of a phoenix, having thrived after embarking upon a fitness journey that helped her shed 100 lbs. of body weight. Learn from our expert how physical health goes beyond physical weight; free yourself from physical, mental, spiritual and financial weights.

Freeform Intuitive Body Movement and Dance, with Kristen Banner

The ultimate goal of freeform body movement and dance is to achieve better levels of health, wholeness, and spiritual connection, as it personally resonates with you, through unrestricted movement, in a safe and gentle environment. The beauty of practicing freeform body movement is that there is no right or wrong method to moving your body. All ages and all levels of physical fitness and ability may participate in this beneficial and uplifting activity.  

Freeform body movement combines movement and spirituality in unique ways. It is an exciting opportunity to merge exercise and self-expression in new, innovative ways, and promotes mindfulness and relaxation.

Reiki with Danie M., The Healing Shoppe, and Jen Cushman

Reiki is the ancient Japanese practice of energy healing. This is performed through the gentle touch of a certified Reiki practitioner. Such professionals use their hands to sense and deliver universal energy, which improves the flow and balance of your energy to support emotional well-being, relaxation and physical healing, reduction of stress and anxiety.  

During a Reiki session, the recipient lies fully clothed on a massage table, as our Reiki Master gently places their hands, palms down, on or just above your body in specific energy locations. Reiki differs from other touch therapy as there is no pressure, massage or manipulation applied. 15-20 minute sessions are offered in your ticket by registration on a first come first served basis, longer sessions are available by direct booking with the practitioner of your choice for a nominal fee.

PEMF Therapy

Pulsed Electro Magnetic Field, or PEMF therapy, uses technology to stimulate and exercise cells to aid in resolving cellular dysfunction supporting overall wellness. By the end of a typical day, your body and mind may experience tiredness and feelings of depletion. 

PEMF technology is a non-invasive therapeutic method used to regenerate energy in your cells, amplifying your natural energy and encouraging your body to function with greater efficiency. Some of the benefits of this therapy include enhancement of the body’s natural recovery process, correction of cellular dysfunction throughout the body, stimulation to recharge the body’s cells, increases in energy, improved physical performance, and reduction of inflammation and pain. 15-20 minute sessions are offered through registration on a first come, first served basis.

Crystal Energy Healing Sessions, with The Healing Shoppe

Included in your ticket, register to participate in a 15-minute energetic healing session using the power of crystals to address the chakras and personal aura, recommendations are offered for which crystals to integrate into your life to enhance your desires, each guest who engages in a session receives a crystal from The Healing Shoppe. Longer sessions are available for a nominal fee by booking direct with The Healing Shoppe during our event.
