Airport Details

The airport closest to this retreat is Ontario Airport, (ONT), located at 2500 East Airport Drive, Ontario, California. 

Shuttles

Shuttles will be provided by event organizers to transport you to the event on September 25th, and from the event after closing on September 27th. Shuttle routes are one way, and the route is from Ontario Airport to the retreat location only. 

Shuttle schedules will be posted as the event date draws closer, along with detailed instructions on how to reserve a spot.

We do not offer transportation from other locations, nor compensation for transport fees beyond what is provided for the event. Any transportation needs arranged outside the event shuttle schedule are the personal responsibility of the individual reserving them.

Parking

As our retreat takes place at a mountain retreat in the wilderness, onsite parking is not offered to our attendees. If you are driving to our event, please park your vehicle at Ontario Airport in Lot 2 General. Parking is offered at a rate of $30 per day, and is self-paid.

Guests of Society of Wildflowers may prefer to park at a location of their own choosing. Please keep in mind our provided shuttles to and from the event run only between Ontario Airport and the event location.

Event organizers and our resort hosts will have vehicles available on site during the event in case of emergency.
