    Arrival, check-in and swag bag pick up The Art Hotel is Wednesday, July 17, 2024, after 3pm.

    The Society of Wildflowers Conference begins Thursday, July 18 at 9:00am, and ends Saturday, July 20, at 5:00pm.

    Hosted events and planned outings by event Organizers, Partners and Event Sponsors will take place on Saturday, July 21, after the conference is dismissed for the day.

    After Conference hours, local meetups have been arranged by the organizers, these are self-paid and optional.

    Excursions are offered for an additional cost, unless noted.

    Checkout from The Art Hotel is no later than 11am on Sunday, July 21.

    Those staying at the Art Hotel may add up to five days to their stay at our special conference rate, room reservations must be booked by 8/15/23 to receive this rate.

      Free tickets to the Sawdust Festival for all registered attendees (one entry per ticket holder, please, multiple dates available)
      Please note, the pool at The Art Hotel will be closed on this night, in preparation for our event
