Accommodations

CLASSIC CABINS
Each 12-person cabin features sturdy wooden bunkbeds, private showers and restrooms. Your bunking accommodations are included in the price of your conference ticket. You'll be assigned a twin bunk, (you choose top or bottom when purchasing).



Our cabins for the event are all together in one area of the resort, and are reasonably adjacent to our private meeting spaces and the resort dining facilities.

AMENITIES
Cabins feature private showers and bathrooms, (see floorplan below). They also offer radiant floor heating for extra comfort.

BEDDING AND BATH LINENS
You'll be pampered with fresh, all-new bedding, including a fluffy pillow, microfiber fitted sheet and a pillowcase. You'll also receive a thick and comfy blanket. Bath towels and bath mats are provided by the resort.
You are more than welcome to bring along your favorite personal items, comfort items and extra bedding to make your cabin all your own. Please be aware that the bed linens we provide are all new, courtesy of Society of Wildflowers. Should you require additional bedding or towels, extras may be requested, (subject to availability), from our resort hosts for an additional fee of $35 per bedding set, and $5 per towel.
Toiletries and personal appliances, such as hairdryers, are not provided. Please pack accordingly.
ROOMMATES
We'll make every effort to accommodate roommate requests. Cabins have a 12-person capacity, when all top and bottom bunks are filled. Please contact us at sowempowerment@gmail.com with roommate requests, including the first and last name of each person and whether they will be in a top or bottom bunk. Each person listed on your roommate request must have a paid ticket for the event with their top or bottom bunk selection.
ACCESSIBILITY
Accessible accommodations are available upon request. Please inform us of any specific requirements we may assist you with via email to sowempowerment@gmail.com
CANCELLATION
Your ticket purchase is your bed reservation. Please note purchases related to the Society of Wildflowers Camp Wildflower event, and all other items sold on this site are final sale and nonrefundable. Please see our complete refund policy and terms and conditions for details.
TRANSFERS
Transfers may be arranged for a $25 administrative fee. Please contact organizers at sowempowerment@gmail.com to request a transfer.
NO CHANGES AFTER AUGUST 15, 2026
No transfers will be permitted after August 15, 2026. without exception.
