    REGISTERED TICKET HOLDERS MAY DOWNLOAD OUR APP, "SCHED" ON YOUR COMPUTER, TABLET OR SMART PHONE. ONLY REGISTERED TICKET HOLDERS CAN REGISTER FOR CLASSES

     

    Arrival, check-in and swag bag pick up The Art Hotel is July 16, 2024, after 3pm.

    The Society of Wildflowers Conference begins July 17 at 9:00am, and ends July 20, at 5:00pm.

    After Conference hours, local meetups have been arranged by the organizers, these are self-paid and optional.

    Specially arranged excursions and unique, personal service offerings are offered for an additional cost where noted.

    Checkout from The Art Hotel is at 11am on July 20.

    Those staying at the Art Hotel may add up to five days before or after their stay at our special conference rate.

      Arriving Early? Enjoy your free ticket to the Sawdust Festival for all registered attendees (one entry per ticket holder, please)
      Sawdust Festival Hours 11am-8pm Wednesdays
       
      HOTEL CHECK IN 3:00pm and after
      Arrive and check in after 3pm at The Art Hotel, if staying onsite
      The Art Hotel Lobby is open until 11:00pm
       
      Evening
      Self-paid dinners and meetups are planned, Locations TBA
      or, take your time to unpack, unwind and relax

      Optional excursion to Festival of Arts and Pageant of the Masters (see ticket page for details)
      Please note, the pool at The Art Hotel will be closed on this night, in preparation for our event

      PAID TICKET HOLDERS MAY BEGIN SELECTING AND REGISTERING FOR CLASSES JANUARY 2025, ALL CLASSES ARE FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED.
